1) Put 200g Beef Rendang Paste, 450g beef rump steak / chicken. 300g thick coconut milk into a pot.

2) Cook all ingredients in a pot until boiling. Sir occasionally

3) Simmer until beef / chicken is cooked (approximately 25 minutes). Add some water if necesary. Add 35g of toasted grated coconut and cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
